Membership is open to any individual or organisation with an interest in the varied aspects of water and its management.

Membership Fees

Members are entitled to our newsletter, 'E-Current', and the Journal of Hydrology (New Zealand).

Contact the Society Administrator for rules on qualifying for associate membership status

(generally, members who are retired or unwaged).

About NZHS

Our mission is to support and foster hydrology in New Zealand and elsewhere, and to enable NZHS members to receive advanced training in hydrological sciences. NZHS annually presents several student and non-student awards to its members recognising the outstanding contributions of our members to New Zealand hydrology.
